Safety - Attention to Detail
|
Fun is only fun if we can 'wow' people by bringing more fun than they expected. While we're very concerned with safety, we're equally concerned with aesthetics and consistency of look & feel to create a great experience. That's why we address the little things that make the show look better and operate safer, below are some examples.

Inflatable Blower with WatchDog
 |
The WATCHDOG™ blower siren is the future for safe operation of inflatable amusement rides. It is amazing that the inflatable industry has gone without any type of device for monitoring inflation. Now, the wait is over. A patented device called the WATCHDOG™ sounds an alarm whenever the inflation of the inflatable is interrupted! Common problems such as: extension cords coming undone, circuit breakers popping, mischievous individuals shutting down blowers, plugs falling-out of the socket and even will sound the alarm of a 120 decibel siren within seconds! This means our staff can respond more rapidly to unexpected power interruptions before children get scared or panic at the site of a deflating inflatable ride.

Staffing is About the Guest!
|
I recall visiting carnivals as a child. They were always fun, but I do remember feeling a bit uncomfortable, alienated and scared by many of the carnies. There was a definite 'us' and them separation. It was a combination of things that I noticed.
I didn't like how they would attempt to competitively sell me into spending my tickets with them vs. the next person ten feet away; I noticed they lacked what I thought was basic personal hygiene or dental care. Or maybe it was less superficial - like they genuinely didn't care about my happiness but were more concerned with themselves, kind of like I was visiting their world. Now that I have kids of my own, I know precisely the type of experience I'd like them to enjoy. We strive to make each guest feel like they are our special guest and that we're genuinely honored to serve them.
How we do that has everything to do with our team. There is one fundamental difference in our staffing approach than the industry norm. Our management team is committed to a long-term career - that's not unusual in the industry. Our amusement & concession operators, however, are not. And that's exactly the difference we want.
See, we employ students, graduates, part-time mom's, grandparents and career professionals looking for ancillary weekend income. Our staff is generally experienced, educated and mindful people that are not much different than our guests.
